Welcome to the KAB Help Desk. The mission of the help desk is to provide our customers with a higher level of technical support by building a foundation that allows for the continuous improvement of service from the initial request until the final resolution. We will ensure that customer calls are responded to promptly, courteously and professionally.
Please contact our office during normal business hours to speak with a technician, or submit a service request online through our online portal. If this is an emergency, technicians are on call 24/7/365 to assist you.
